REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SHAKTI, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

EXCHANGES

• Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• ⁠Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchange requests.
• ⁠Sale, discounted, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

REFUNDS

• Refund requests can be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• ⁠Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection by our team.
• ⁠Refunds will only be approved if the item is returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• ⁠If the item does not pass our quality inspection, the refund request will be declined and the item will be returned to the customer.
• ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• ⁠Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

• Once the issue is verified by our team, SHAKTI will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

— A full refund of the order amount, or a free replacement/exchange for the correct item (subject to availability).

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• ⁠Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange
